1.PP (Polypropylene)
PP, the short of Polypropylene, is a food-grade plastic. It is BPA-free and tested according to FDA/LFGB standards. It provides high impact-resistance and can withstand temperatures up to 100℃, making it safe for use in dishwashers and microwave ovens. But it is restricted in some certian countries that have banned certain types of plastic.
2.Tritan
Tritan, produce by Americian Eastman company, also BPA-free and FDA/LFGB tested, is currently deemed as the safest and healthiest plastic material available. Trictan can withstand a hot water temperature from 95-110 degree centigrade. It is the designated material for baby bottles in Europe and America. And tritan is also extensively used in our company's BPA-free bottle exports. In term of the cost, Tritan is also among the more expensive plastic materials. Thus Tritan water bottle are more expensive than other types of water bottle.
3.SK
Sk is a type of plastic ,which is produced by Korean SK Inc. SK as well as Tritan is the high-temperature-resistant plastics known for their safety.SK offers a similar performance with Tritan but at a lower cost. If customer wants high temperature-resistant plastic bottles, but want to save a budget. SK is a good alternative to Tritan. The highest quality SK material can pass FDA/LFGB tests and has a temperature resistance of 100℃.
4.PETG
PETG or PET , the short of polyethylene terephthalate glycol, is a material suitable for low-temperature applications. It shares similar permeability properties with Tritan and is commonly employed in sports water bottles designed for cold liquids. Its max temperaturer resotance is 80. Due to its extrusion blow molding process, PETG bottles tend to be thin (approximately 0.5mm), resulting in reduced impact resistance.
5.AS
AS or Acrylonitrile Styrene, is a mid-range material with a lower unit cost. It boasts excellent light transmission and a blue tint but has a poor impact resistance and is prone to be scratched and broken. It can withstand temperatures up to 80C. but should not be exposed to high temperatures in case harmful chemical released.
